Queen’s was three years of little to no work, I’m in normal work-load shock. I know how that sounds so that’s that. My birthday passed, many days have passed, and I finally spent my money on something not footwear and frivolous-related. A camera. Birthday money + an inspired thought (okay, not that inspired) = actually having fun with technology. It’s nothing fancy, but I continue to be in amazement of the pictures, so I’ll take it. I’m not going to even try to touch on the fashion weeks, but say that Crystal Renn fit in shockingly well with all the thin models at Chanel so either someone’s skinny or some others aren’t so, I’ll hope for the latter.
I went to the CAFTCAD Movie Wardrobe Sale last weekend with high hopes which weren’t really met, but it was still pretty cool and gave me a chance to play with my new camera and wear some new (old) booties. I generally don’t wear shorter boots with short skirts due to the fact that I have hips so I certainly have legs, but I received a lot of compliments on them so…I guess I need to suck up curvy self-consciousness and rock it the way I preach. It’s an ongoing process, but we’ll see how it goes.
Vintage boots, everything else is American Apparel due to the fact that I’m now interning there…good to be back.
